  • Built a warehouse management system from scratch. It covers orders, cross-border invoicing, payment and shipping integrations, and the API layer. It handles hundreds of thousands of SKUs and passed six figures in orders within two months. We were a team of three and I built most of it.
  • Integrated with a French warehouse logistics system for inventory movements, picking, packing and shipment tracking.

  • Built product features end to end on a SaaS platform. I took each one from requirements with product and design to deployment.
  • Integrated the Eurosign e-signature system so clients could send invoices and collect legally binding signatures without leaving the app.

  • Built the integration between Salla, the largest e-commerce platform in KSA with 50K+ merchants, and a major advertising provider. It syncs data both ways in real time and retries when the third party fails. I shipped it on schedule.
  • Built a Google Analytics dashboard inside Salla so merchants see traffic, conversion and revenue without leaving the platform.
  • Fixed slow queries in the marketing module that timed out at peak hours.
  • Raised test coverage in the marketing module from 12% to 80% and refactored the legacy code I touched.

  • Joined as the first engineer and built the core infrastructure over four years, across fintech, e-commerce and logistics.
  • Designed and built a virtual ATM switch that connects ATMs to core banking. Two of the largest banks in Syria ran it during a national infrastructure outage. Every layer had failover, and it handled thousands of transactions a day with zero data loss.
  • Built a scraper that processes 300 items a minute for a large South African e-commerce platform. It handles rate limits, rotates proxies, retries failures and validates data before it reaches the database. It replaced a process people did by hand.
  • Mentored junior developers on design patterns, testable code, code review and CI/CD.
